Locations & Accommodation

At the moment we are only operating in The Chonburi region(Pattaya), even though a lot of our potential female partners are currently living in Bangkok or other regions of Thailand.

Why Chonburi?

Here are the reasons why we chose Chonburi:

We will consider Hua Hin in time, because it is a lovely area and also affordable, but for now we are concentrating on Chonburi.

Chonburi also has very quiet beautiful areas close to Pattaya, which means you can live a relaxed lifestyle, but at the same time go and party in the bright lights now and again for a 5 euro taxi ride each way.

Below, you can see a coloured map of Chonburi, with a description of each area.

Accommodation

Most condos in Thailand are very small units between 25 and 35 square meters, which are not at all suitable for people relocating from the west. We will not recommend any unit, which is less than 55 square meters, so that members can live in comfort.
These units are hard to find at a reasonable rental rate, but not impossible.

In many cases, those who are willing to live in very nice districts that are only 10km outside Pattaya, will find 2 and 3 bed villas in gated communities for the same price of condos nearer the centre.
It’s all down to personal lifestyle choices.

Other factors we watch out for:

We know the best condo buildings and gated villa complexes across all zones, and we also have very good relationships with the more trusted, established estate agents in the area.

How to Choose the Right Accommodation in Thailand?

There are several ways to go about organising accommodation.

Barry will go through both of these options in your initial call with him, and because we don’t receive any commission one way or the other, he will only have your interests and wishes as his priority.

Please please do not purchase any property outright until you have been living in Thailand for at least 12 months.
